The Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development inaugurated in partnership with Souk El Tayeb “Tawlet Saida: a Lebanese traditional kitchen” on April 22. Norway, through UNDP and Ministry of Social Affairs, has contributed to the establishment of Tawlet Saida in order to develop the local community’s skills, particularly women and to show the rich food heritage of Saida city. All chiefs at Tawlet Saida ¬†conducted training sessions in capacity building, mainly the methods of cooking, cleanness and outreach.
