HF strongly believes that education is the key to sustainable, social, and economic development and that all children should have an equal opportunity to learn with equitable quality education, achieve, and reach their full potential, regardless of their economic status. Since 1979, HF has carried out initiatives aimed at supporting and extending the work of educators, and establishing a network among educational institutions to create better opportunities. As a mission, HF has effectively integrated the usage of Information Technology into the classroom for better teaching and learning, building the capacities of youth and teachers.
