The Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development recently hosted its inaugural Question Innovation Weekend, marking the 105th anniversary of the Proclamation of the State of Great Lebanon.
The four-day program, part of the Youth of the Rise of Lebanon Forum, brought together young leaders to explore pressing national and global challenges through interactive discussions and hands-on training.
President of Hariri Foundation for Sustainable Human Development, H.E Mrs. Bahia Hariri, addressed participants during the opening and closing sessions, emphasizing the foundation’s long-standing commitment to youth development.
She highlighted the importance of combining education with practical skills and encouraged participants to embrace the opportunities presented by artificial intelligence. “Nothing can replace human capital,” she said, stressing the importance of using AI effectively to enhance, not replace, human potential.
The weekend program covered a broad range of topics, including artificial intelligence, “wicked problems” in development, climate, education, infrastructure, and economic challenges.
The forum aims to empower young citizens to become leaders, advocates, and innovators capable of shaping Lebanon’s future through knowledge, collaboration, and critical inquiry.
