Since 2011, Hariri Foundation has partnered with the Lebanese American University (LAU) to carry out various leadership trainings and model simulation programs. These programs include:
- The Model United Nations (MUN)
- The Model Arab League (MAL)
- The Model European Union (MEU)
Youth model programs aimed at training young students on conflict resolution skills along other developmental and soft skills. Model programs targeted students from the School Network of Saida & Neighboring Towns as well as other schools across Lebanon. Every year, nearly 600 students participated in each active model program, attending seven workshops and culminating in a final conference where they emulate the sessions.
