Since its establishment, Hariri Foundation has been providing social, health, and educational assistance to households in need as well as to workers in the sectors most affected by emergent crises. The foundation considers this assistance necessary in light of the socio-economic crises that the Lebanese society has faced at a recurrent basis. This assistance aims to confirm to those groups the existence of a social safety net that continues to provide support at different fronts through difficult circumstances.
At the social front, the foundation provides direct cash transfers to thousands of households per year, those households including households in need, households including elderly, orphans, and widows, as well as families of workers in the various sectors affected by crises.
