In partnership with the Municipality of Saida, Hariri Foundation established its renowned Studies Authority in order to respond to the devastation caused by the civil war and the Israeli occupation. The authority put into action a comprehensive plan of action to resolve the multi-faceted challenges through planning and development.
The offices developed new plans for Saida and its key facilities according to earlier-set master plans and in response to recent urbanization and subsequent socioeconomic transformations. Key underlying projects include:
